One important way to continue your success is to do things that will solidify your decision not to drink. It is time to get rid of all beer bongs, tables, etc.

  • Review your list of reasons to quit.
  • Use your money to buy something you have wanted.
  • You may anxious or nauseated, so focus on taking care of yourself. Take aspirin, go for a walk, or relax in a hot bath.
  • Go to the Rock or Rolfs and work out today.

The more you reward yourself and renew your commitment each day, the more likely you are going to feel better about this decision.
