Walk with Others

- Spend time in the spiritual spaces around campus: the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, the Grotto, or your residence hall’s chapel

- Join a small fellowship group and connect with other students
Mindfulness is being aware of your body, your thoughts, your feelings, and the world around you. Mindfulness is about being in the moment. The more mindful you are, the easier it is to balance the many aspects that affect your overall well-being.
