Welcome Weekend Wellness
Welcome Weekend is a fun and exciting time for students and families alike! To help you "take it all in," join McDonald Center for Student Well-Being, RecSports, and the Snite Museum of Art to start your weekend mornings by giving yourself a moment to reflect, relax, and recharge at your choice of wellness events - yoga, a run/walk, or a group mindfulness walk. All are welcome - no previous experience is necessary and mats will be provided. See you bright and early at the Snite Museum of Art!

Koru Mindfulness Series
Interested in feeling more mindful, more rested, and less stressed? Join our free Koru Mindfulness classes! Koru is an nationally-known, evidence-based mindfulness program developed specifically for college students by experts at Duke University. By joining Koru, you'll commit to four 75-minute sessions that take place once per week for four consecutive weeks. Each section accepts up to 15 registered students. It's short and sweet but will leave a lasting impact!
We host multiple sessions during both the fall and spring semesters. Check back again soon or follow us (@McWellND) for on-going news about upcoming sessions.
Join McWell on Tuesdays for a new, free, outdoor event: Nature Connect. This event was strategically created to help you unplug and to connect with the beautiful Notre Dame campus. Each week we will focus on a different element of the world surrounding us--you might even leave with a new perspective of your environment. This event is open to all undergraduate & graduate students, faculty, and staff. In Nature Connect you'll learn and experience mindfulness techniques throughout each session, although no previous mindfulness experience is required. Add it to your calendar for a weekly study break, or bring a friend as an excuse for a restorative get together.
Time: Every Tuesday from 1:00 - 2:00pm.
Location: Interested individuals should meet at the McDonald Center for Student Well-Being around 12:55pm.

Doing Stress Well
This skills-based workshop discusses all aspects of stress – what it is, where it comes from, and most importantly how to deal with it. Invite McWell into your section or organization to learn about and practice a variety of stress-relieving activities and consider ways to implement them into your daily life.
