Mindfulness Meditation

Interested in feeling more mindful, more rested, and less stressed?  Join our free Koru Mindfulness classes!  Koru is an nationally-known, evidence-based mindfulness program developed specifically for college students by experts at Duke University. By joining Koru, you'll commit to four 75-minute sessions that take place once per week for four consecutive weeks. Each section accepts up to 15 registered students. It's short and sweet but will leave a lasting impact! 

We will be hosting eight different Koru sections for the Spring 2017 semester.  Sections will be held on Wednesday or Thursday evenings.  To see specific start dates and times and to enroll, visit our Registration Page.  An email confirmation will be sent to you soon after you register.

McWell Drop-In Yoga

Looking for a way to unwind on Friday afternoons?  Join us every Friday at noon in the 3rd floor conference room at Saint Liam Hall for free yoga.  No previous experience is required and mats are provided. Refer to our Events page for starting and ending dates.

Rethink Your Zen Workshop

Stop by Saint Liam Hall on the first Friday of the month from 3:00pm-4:00pm for an interactive workshop to discuss all aspects of stress – what it is, where it comes from, and most importantly how to deal with it. You will learn about and practice a variety of stress-relieving activities and consider ways to implement them into your daily lives. 

Mindfulness at the Snite

McWell and the Snite Museum collaborate to encourage students to live mindfully and reflect on what they find most important in life by utilzing art that's displayed in the museum.  The Series is a drop-in, so no reservations are required!  Join us this spring -- stay tuned for upcoming dates and times!
