Facing Holiday Stress?

For some, the holidays can be a stressful time.  This article from Psychology Today suggests that much of our holiday stress stems from perfectionism.  We often will hear phrases along the lines of, "I have to find the best gift," (perfect presents), or "No need to bring anything, I've got it all covered" (perfect host).  This year, instead of aiming for perfection, we encourage you to be better than perfect.  According to the mentioned article, better than perfect means you choose to focus on what's important to you (i.e. happiness, being with family, etc.) instead of trying to be perfect.  Inspired?
