Wellness Run/Walk and Yoga
Welcome Weekend is a fun and exciting time for students and families alike! To help you "take it all in," join McDonald Center for Student Well-Being and RecSports to start your Saturday morning by giving yourself a moment to reflect, relax, and recharge at your choice of two wellness events - yoga or a group run/walk. All are welcome - no previous experience is necessary and mats will be provided. See you bright and early on South Quad!
