Today these are things that can make it easier:

  • Plan your time so there are few moments or situations when you are bored.
  • Buy a magazine or book to assist with those moments (how about Suduko?)
  • Take a 20 minute walk.
  • Make plans to be with other people that don’t get high.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Eat an apple or two today when cravings hit.

You may have already started some of these changes. If so, keep them up. If not, try to do something different. One of the main reasons to switch daily patterns is to keep your mind busy.

This is day two and it brings you closer to your goal. Don’t forget to reward yourself at the end of the day. Treat yourself well.
